WLCI School of Fashion believes that Riff Raff & Katy Perry (on the right) had their throwback moment on the red carpet of the MTV Video Music Awards 2014. Inspired from the lovestruck - Justin Timberlake & Britney Spears (on the left), Riff & Katy have sent us back to 2001.
