conservative fashion era of the 1950’s, the decade of 1960 – 70 had witnessed a
revolutionary breakthrough in Fashion !
Students of WLCI College in
Mumbai were given an assignment on the era that defined trends and changes in
Women’s fashion. Bright and swirling colors which gave the garments a
psychedelic look took front seat in this period. Sculptured designs with clean
cuts and the revelation of mini’s were identified in this era.
